Um, nowhere for free. Doom is still licensed and copyrighted by id software. You can buy a copy of Doom on Steam and it will have the WAD.

In order to obtain a copy of the DooM IWAD, you'll need to buy DooM. It is available via many digital distribution channels, including Steam and Good Old Games. We don't really cotton to piracy around here.
