Hey guys! I'm 21 years old and currently serving in the U.S. Navy as an IT. I'm on deployment right now. I work twelve hour night shifts and a lot of things go through your mind when you're bored - including your childhood! I've been into Chex Quest since I found the CD in the cereal boxes (and ended up having way too many CDs.) Being the curious child I was, poking through the files on the CD, I came across DOOM.WAD. Doom? What a random name for a file. Lo and behold, after some research, I discovered what Chex Quest really was: the innocent child of the evil, demonic world we know as Doom! I soon discovered the modding community, their forums, and how easy it was to collect .WADs. My father got me into computers because he had always liked building his own rig. So I've always been into computers, and that's why I'm an IT.

Anywho, I was just reminiscing through some Chex Quest stuff on Google and I had totally forgotten about TUCQ! To my surprise, Boingo the Clown decided to update it after a bazillion years! I've literally been to this site so much over the years, and never once had I thought of registering. I'll be pretty active nowadays since the internet is all I have for entertainment! Forums FTW!

Thank you! Unfortunately I won't be able to play in the sessions until I come home from deployment. I don't have internet for personal devices like my laptop. I'm posting from a workstation in my workspace.

We are a small community of Chex Quest fans, welcome to our corner of the internet.
Here are some things to note:
1: Do not feed Loremaster after midnight. Bad things happen.
2: Do not visit the west wing. Over there are soul-eating purple lampposts. The only way to counter them is Ginger Ale. Keep Ginger Ale on your person at all times.
And if you're looking for something to do, post in The "EVIL" Game IV or check out our myriad of fan projects.
If you're looking for discussion, we talk about Chex Quest, tech stuff, and everything under the sun.

1: Got it. I only get one meal a day and I don't plan on sharing.
2: Good. It takes more effort for me to head in that direction anyway, since I can only turn right. And I love ginger ale!

I'm always up for a good discussion. I'll eventually throw myself into one or two topics that seem interesting. I'm keeping tabs on TUCQ for now since that's what originally led me here when it started.

You might want to consider making your own mod, all you need is Doom Builder.
