So, while browsing amongst the tangled parts and pieces of the interwebs, I remembered that I now have a computer where I'm an admin, so I can install DB and the new DirectX! (Boingo The Clown should know the trouble I was going through.) It's an old PC tablet from 2001, but somehow someone managed to install windows 8 on it WITHOUT LAG. I don't know how they did, but it works great for all my things(except for NoLimits Roller Coaster Simulator, but that's a 3D simulation so it requires a beefy computer.) Anyway, I checked the system requirements for DB2, and it looks like I have a good enough processor, enough ram, and an up to date system. I just want to know if DB2 will run without lots of lag on this computer. Specs are:
Processor: Intel Pentium M, 1.50 GHz
RAM: 2.50 GB (1.99 GB usable)
System Type: 32-bit operating system, x86 based processor
So, what do you think? (Sorry about the long rant)
