This is odd...

I found a Windows 95 cd in the Freebox bin today, which is very VERY odd, considering how OLD it is.

Yeah, well, it's not like I was sorting through my stuff, I went to the Freebox bin (the give/take service where  I live) and got that. I don't know WHO put that there.
