Title: Chex Quest Burst: A Community Project

As you may see from the title, I am looking for community members who are willing to help with Chex Quest Burst. It is planned to be a 5-map episode, so it fits the CQ style of five maps instead of nine. Those who are willing to help with this wad, feel free!  :whale

Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.

I can make an M_DOOM lump if someone can make a TITLEPIC lump.

This will be developed for chex3.wad

It is planned for ZDooM (not GZDooM because opengl is broken) and any derivitaves. I will edit the original post to include list of needed textures. BTW can you make a TITLEPIC lump?

Maybe. I'll try making the battery first, as it's pretty simple.

QUICK UPDATE: Dang Slade won't work because my computer cant install runtimes, so I might not be mapping much until this is fixed.

... or you can use a mapping program other than Slade.

Heck! My mapping workhorse used to be an old Windows 3.1 program called DooMCAD.

Use DooM Builder 2. It's much better, and I am sure you won't have problems with the runtimes as I was able to install them on an old eMachines Windows XP computer.

I used GZDoom Builder for my latest stuff, it's still being updated so they've worked out most of the past problems.

If you'd like a SSG replacement, you're welcome to use mine. I've got the sprites for reloading and firing sound too.
