Hardly. Two different galaxies would have millions, or even billions of years for communications to transfer. Therefore, your logic fails.

Worm holes? How pathetic. Those have no proof of existence. Besides, any signal traveling through a worm hole would be spaghettified by the gravitational effects of the "entry" point, and therefore reach Earth's Internet as a random string of gibberish.

no, no, through the ZPM device can sufficient power be generated to create an artificial stable wormhole. radio signals do not deteriorate at the event horizon.
