All right, there have been some storyline changes, so I'll just write this whole thing over again. Also, notice the changed level plan in the progress report.

Storyline:
Chaos on Flemoid Prime occurs ten years after the original. Scientists from the Intergalactic Federation of Cereals have been monitoring the recently discovered flemoid homeworld, Flemoid Prime. As they have done so, they were disturbed at the readings they received. Studies showed that a gigantic teleporter is under construction on the planet, one that the IFC seems to think will be used to invade once again. Rather than stay on the defensive, the IFC once more calls on the Chex Warrior.
Due to interference from the teleporter, you cannot be teleported directly to the location of the enemy installation. Instead, you are being teleported to a location with a survivable atmosphere just away from the planet. Your mission is to fight your way to the teleporter, then destroy it by any means necessary.

It may take some time. I do have access to my father's comp at some times, but little time to map. I hope to have the new version in by mid-March. Don't quote me on that.

All right! As of now, I am now typing this message on my new Acer Aspire laptop! Yay! Finally, I can get back to work. I'm just patching DooM Builder to Vista now. Once i do that, it's back to it for me!

Everything is officially up and running! Thanks to the DooMWorld forums, DooM Builder and XWE are both fully operational on Windows Vista. Contrary to what I've been hearing, this OS works incredibly well. Though I do think that I may know the problem with people's perceptions... I'm ready to get back into the swing of things.
Still, don't expect a new version sooner than I proposed, because I still do have a busy schedule.

. As for XWE, you just have to tell your computer to run it as the administrator. I think it is best to also run DooM Builder as administrator, but it may not be necessary.

Well, it's update time. E1M2 is coming along nicely, and will hopefully be done sometime towards the end of the month, followed by what should be the last step, building a new E1M3. I have kept the original E1M3-E1M4, but they've been bumped back a level each, in other words, they're now E1M4-E1M5. I've also messed with the newly relocated E1M4, updating the beginning and the end, as well as fixing some bugs that jumped out at me last time I played it. E1M5 will be edited sometime in the near future, hopefully connecting it logically to the new end of E1M4.
Anyway, I'm still aiming at the mid-March release, but it is still far from sure.
