The dreamcast epic wins.  Shenmue was one of the best games I've played EVER, and it started on the dreamcast.

true and some cult classics here in america were released there in japan...

As well as many anime games too...

Plus a sh*tload of fighting and shooters...

Plus most of those game had "Limited Editions" or boxed versions of the games with stuff like audio cd's and extra artwork...

and some "Limited Editions" had extras on the dic or game...

I am getting into import gaming again, and thought I would let u know...

Trivia: Did u know they had Mega Man X 1-3 for nintendo 8 bit? It was very different from the released versions on snes...

i would not think so
i would imagine that would keep it the way it is now...

I like megaman the way it is now... cept i don't play it anymore... I don't play x or that new one for ds... i've played rockman.exe though

I also have played megaman os and legands... and i am told that the creator of legands wants to make megaman legands 3 before he dies...

I also used to have all the megaman os games for snes and ps1... soccer rockman, and bass, 7 and 8 for ps1... i also had roms for the power battles 1 and 2... whitch were pretty cool... I also had roms for nes those games 1-6 as well...

BTW os is original series...

ok back to dreamcast... I resently found an interesting series for dreamcast... Sakura tenisen 1-4... also known as sakura wars...

here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sakura_Wars maybe someone has heard of it?

Um...on a random video game note.  I've been discovering the addicting fun that is Link to the Past.  My stepbrother got it on the VC.

New Megaman will be 8-bit! ^^

...right?

Well, Mega Man 9 was indeed 8-bit [or at least looked and sounded 8 bit. I doubt it was really ACTUALLY 8 bit, since that places a ton of restrictions on programmers for no real good reason.], and it did extremely well. Supposed to play like Mega Man and Mega Man 2.
Did we really just spend the last decade talking about Chex Quest? Yes. Yes we did.

I've been browsing through some of my favorite RPGs and dang, the Super Nintendo sure did see a great number of RPGs. I still maintain that one of the main reasons the Nintendo 64 lost to the Sony Playstation was that Squaresoft began developing games exclusively for Sony.

Secret of Mana, Star Ocean, Earthbound, Chrono Trigger, Shadowrun... I should be dong my homework, but I'm sitting here deciding which one of these I should play over again.   :D

Hay Hay, the Genesis had some good ones too. The Phantasy Star series [you can include Phantasy Star 1 for the Master System if you have the Power Base Converter], the Shining Force series, Warriors of the Eternal Sun, and the Lunar series.
