EPIC PICTURE

But I'm waiting for more news.
There is no comparison. Plus, even if the whole world argues against me, I'm holding what I said. I say it, write it, and type it, and its not jargon for me. I don't really care what everyone else says, but AFAIK and the like aren't abbreviations, they're acronyms. Dr. is an abbreviation publicly accepted, and is nowhere near jargon or an acronym. Show me an example of tru in jargon and I *MIGHT* recant, but ATM(heh), it doesn't require an internet smart forumer to tell what 'tru' means. Unless you get a complete and total blond moment and just blank out to the fact that saying it gives you your answer as to "What does this mean?" (no offense to ZD). He, however, isn't the first to ask, but most people ask in the case of "What context?" as I use it in many different places, as I said before. I find it VERY hard to believe something that simple is jargon. Its common sense, that's what it is...if you cant tell that 'tru' is 'true' then we have a serious problem. I haven't met a person in real life or online that hasn't known that, in talking, writing, texting, chatting, or gaming (though the latter three use that normally just for speed. Its like shorthand, you write a few symbols to take the place of big, common words. However, short hand doesn't exist. Plus, if it was a true abbreviation, it would either have an apostrophe where the 'e' was or would have a period at the end, especially if only one or 2 letters are missing (my period in my post is the end of a sentence). I might let you get away with calling it an abbreviation, but NEVER jargon. I don't care if this carries on forever with you providing minimal evidence (giving me incomparable predetermined jargon and real world abbreviations doesn't give me anything to base your claims from. for all you know I might have just missed the 'e' key. But since I explained that it isn't jargon, you are trying to prove that it is. I've yet to see it used as wide spread as some jargon terms. Maybe once or twice in a post with REALLY bad grammar (i dont no wat is rong wit mi comp it kep telln me tru insted of false), but the meaning still is the same...it means "True". I really don't get it. Where on earth did this whole 'jargon' thing come in? If that's jargon, then the world is coming to the end. I will give you abbreviation if you REALLY want it, but that just can't be some catchy acronym that shows people know their internet. My COUSIN uses that, and he doesn't even use the internet. (and no, he doesn't talk to me)[/rant]
Don't remember me as I was...I was an idiot.

@Rep: Fast way, short way, anyway...its true.

I'm thinking about starting my project again...gotta resurrect it tho...6ft under isn't a nice place for a CQ project to stay.

But yay for progress and wishing for a quick release!

The tie has been broken. The nearly-finished (at least as I hear) second map is apparently not worth waiting for.

Yet I haven't even started the first map. :P

EDIT: Scratch that.

Not very much! That's because the inside's incomplete. Also, I haven't updated the HUD yet.

The blue curtain from CQ3 looks out of place.

Hmn... maybe so. It does look a little TOO blue. But that's almost a perfect replication of my most recent holiday within the confines of Chex Quest textures.

Try recoloring the curtain to be a light tannish color.
Sometimes you've got to go where everybody knows your name.

EDIT (AGAIN):

Nice.

(Please note, you CAN get there in the current version of the level without NOCLIP/chukker.

Really? I thought everyone here has played CQ3. (JK, JK...)

That's Sunny Raisin Resort, the first level. I also added a dock where I was in that pic. I work quickly :P

No, no. I mean a seaside thing like that. The buildings look right out of CQ3.

Sadly, I have no sand textures (yet) and so I don't think there will be a beach part. However, yes, it is seaside. Thanks for the compliment. ^^;

The buildings look right out of CQ3 because they have exactly the same textures. :P
