YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *downloads*
EDIT: You mentioned a rapid zorcher in E1M2. What rapid zorcher? When I pressed the 4 key, it didn't come up.
EDIT AGAIN: A funny thing happened when I loaded one of my old games (E3M1). The health bar said I had 0% health/armor and the Chexter icon was slimed, but I was still able to move around and open doors. I wasn't able to get items, though. The flemoids just stood there. I also had no zorcher and wasn't able to zorch. I tried to save my game but it said "you can't save if you aren't playing."

Alright, make sure you have the latest version of GZDoom. Then, make sure you have chex.wad. Now, drag-and-drop the G2 wad file onto GZDoom.exe. You should be all set. If a window pops up asking you which IWAD to use, select Chex Quest. If not, you're fine.

I downloaded ver 1.2.01 from http://grafzahl.drdteam.org/

It always says fatal error, and "cannot find IWAD(/dood.wad, dood2/wad heretic.wad tec.). Did you install zdoom(It says zdoom, but I know I did GZ, even the folder and icon say GZ) properly? You can do ether of the following:

1.place one or more of these wads in the same directory as ZDoom(Iput generation2.wad in and still nothing)
2.Edit your zdoom-usersname.nin. and add the diretories of your Iwads to list beneath [WADSearch.directories]"

Did I download the wrong version?

No...the version's right.

Do you have chex.wad in that directory? If you do, and that didn't work, try renaming it doomu.wad, then drag and dropping generation2.wad onto gzdoom.exe.

Oh I need chex.wad, all I had was genertaion2.wad in the GZ directory.

This is kinda a noob question, but where do I get chex.wad?

Chex.wad was for the original CQ (if you didn't know that). I'll grab a link.

Here's the link, containing all the original CQ1 materials.

Comments/bugs:
1. Like I said before, you don't have a rapid zorcher in E1M2.
2. In E1M4, how are you supposed to get to the flemoid battlefield thingy without using noclip?
3. VERY SERIOUS: E4M3 WON'T LOAD!!!!
Quote from: GZDoom
E4M3-Sever the Wicked
Music "D_E4M3" not found
ACS scripts unloaded
Map has no vertices
4. An "Assault Rifle" seems a little PG (but then, so does Ep4 ><).

The whole of episode 4 is PG, so don't worry about it. It's not like the Flemoids get killed by the Assault Rifle.

Noob is right. You don't get a mini-zorcher in E1M2...and what do you do in E1M4? I get to the stairs, go through that portal door thingy, and it's a dead end!

But I must say, E4M1 is pretty cool. The music fits perfectly. While a bit stray from the original meaning of CQ, it's interesting.
