@CC: yeah, I noticed!

@all: The Mumble server stays up almost all the time. I have it set up with channels and subchannels for usage with skulltag, but I personally don't have a skulltag server running (goodness that'd be 4 servers going from one computer and one internet line). I have mine up for usage with other skulltag servers. Basically, 2 computers hosting their respective things. Lowers latency on both ends. So when the ST server goes up, join root Skulltag, then when others join you can discuss maps, game modes, and other stuff, then join the respective subchannel.

I assume that the server is down permanently? This section of the forum is rather quiet, and I can't find anything chex related in the server listing.

I don't think it is permanent, just that life has gotten in the way of the people whom created the server.

Like I said in the shoutbox, our 24/7 server went down due to hosting issues a few months ago, and it's been hard for some of us to host for now, but we're hoping we'll be able to get into some more Skulltag parties by the summer! Long time no see, man!

Oh ok, do they use the mumble program to voice chat? If they do how do I find it because in the mumble program it doesn't look like I can search through it and its gonna make me scroll through all of them.

I don't know anything about Mumble, sorry.  :-\

I've heard rumors (mubles) about it, and it sounds like you have to set up a separate server for it. It's not something that's attached to Skulltag in any way. If I understood correctly, it's a separate thing you connect to to use voice chat.

Ok i just saw the mumble program in the things u need to start playing multiplayer and downloaded it. Wasn't sure if people were still using it.
