Error in DooM Builder
« on: March 15, 2008, 10:31:12 PM »
I have been using DooM Builder ever since August '07. I have not switched graphic cards or computers. And yet, I have encountered the following error message from out of the blue:

Error 6 in 3D mode: Overflow

This error occurs whenever I start 3D mode. As a mapper, this is quite a problem for me. I tried modifying DooM Builder's code when I first encountered the error, but to no avail. I have re-installed DooM Builder multiple times with no effect. Can anybody help me with this?

I had that sometimes...It happened when I rapidly switched from 3d to drawing mode too quickly. Um...have you totaly deleted all configuration files? Even though it resets your entire setup, it will clear most problems. If not...uh, U might have to switch to WadAuthor...or just get another computer to run it...or something...

...If I deleted the Configuration files, then DooM Builder would not run. I am using one of DooM Builder's original configuration files when I attempt to run it. I will remove several useless configuration files off of the list to see if it does any good.

UPDATE: Big negatory. It did clean my list of those annoying things I need to scroll through, though.
