lol...i'm on your first and last boat, lore...but, not really a nerd, but a geek...wait, whats the difference?

Nerd = glasses, slick hair, full button shirts, pocket protector, slacks, belt, dress shoes...and smart beyond likability.
Geek = harder to describe(they can be normal people), usually smart with computers, science, and math, and usually have a certian area of expertise.

from my veiw, a geek is better...but some people have switched the two titles around, saying nerds are the 2nd def and geeks are the 1st def...now, which would you rather be?

thats what I said. Some switch the definitions and the titles. You say is a geek is nerd, and nerd is geek. I say opposite. its all in how you look at it. Plus, both terms aren't used very much because of that reason. Someone might take it right if their definitions are the same, but if they are different...you have a big mess (happened to me once). But actually, by your interpretation, I haven't met a nerd or a geek...ever. I've met very smart normal people, and really dumb people with what I described as a nerd. But...there's too much speculation. Could someone Urban Dictionary it or Wikipedia it? I don't feel like arguing...though I usually love it. I just got my brain busted in Duke Nukem...I still am trapped, and died by walking out side the map when not in DNCLIP mode.

i've come to the conclusion that no matter how "cool" i would become, there is no real way i'd get a GF.  I'm too d*** smart, arrogant, cynical- throw in a touch of realist and easily annoyed by incompotence* and you've got something that wont be anything resembling a ladies man

Everyone thinks I'm too smart for my own good, I argue alot, I really, really, REALLY hate incompetent people, and I'm kinda just too goofy...I tripped over my own two feet about 5 times in the mall yesterday, I laugh at most anything, and make jokes where only some people here would get...IDK, lol

Girls don't think you'll do anything for them. Sisters tend to though. In serious relationships, there is some expectation of doing anything for each other, but it's different than fetching water.

Loremaster, someone is going to find you insanely attractive one of these days! You're a good catch and some lady is going to find the nerd thing sexy.

And finally, you don't have to be what you think is a ladies man to get girls. Sorry Foley, but we're not daft like you seem to be suggesting. You don't think some girls like cynical? I know a ton of girls who'd go for that. Smart? Do I even have to go into this? Arrogant? Maybe you should work on that.
