What are zorchers?

They have always been teleportation gun thingys

Okay, people of the CQFF, what is your opinion on what zorchers are/used to be before CQ.

I always thought they were some form of teleport... :/

Disclaimer: Nothing bad, but detracts from the purpose of the thread.
[spoiler]But honestly, like I said, who knows? while I could think of a hundred reasons why its a teleport, you could think of a hundred more for it to be a phaser. just up to personal preference and belief.

a creator answer would be nice, but we're delving so far into what possibly is a non-existent back story. Everything I say is from my imagination of what the CQ Universe could be like, same with my fanfics and everything...[/spoiler]

It really all depends on your imagination. Nothing is official canon, so just go with whatever you feel it should be.
