I decided to throw something together this afternoon that'll mess with your brain while you play. It plays with Chex Quest 3, so just stick it in and fire away. You'll figure out what's special. ^-^
Use the CQ IRC channel! (were it working...)

Just played through it. Very interesting. Can we expect to see a second level mix in the future?

It was interesting but, there are several problems. The first thing I noticed is a door with blue outline (implying that it requires a blue key, but you could open it. In fact, you need to pass it to get to the blue key. There is a texture error in the second storage room with the elevator. (it is on the elevator.) Finally, there are several switches that don't do anything. (Both come from the room with the slime pool from E1M2 and at the ending of E1M2.) The hallway to E1M2's ending is kinda useless too.

Other then that... it was really interesting!
I know what you're thinking. No, I don't like peanut butter.

If I had to choose between the real world or the Chex Quest Fan forums; I'd choose the Chex Quest fan forums.
