Hey, I'm testing something for health and I need help. Which do you think is the LEAST healthiest item (I encourage you to look up nutrition labels  to help decide, so don't just guess).

I've noticed that sugary cereals come packed with A LOT of sugar, so I'mmah go with Cocoa Puffs.

Actually if you look at nutrient labels, a serving of cocoa puffs has 14g of sugar, while a serving of sierra mist (natural) contains 25g of sugar (a 20oz bottle contains about 75g). so sugars not really a good reason to mark done cocoa puffs.

ZeldaGamer00:
I say the chicken sandwich. The breading they typically use adds some carbs to the already carb filled buns, sometimes the chicken is deep-fried (depending on the food place), and any dressing and stuff they add hurts it even worse.

In comparison, Peanut Butter is good for energy, fills you up nicely, and is normally pretty natural.  Sierra Mist uses a lot of natural flavoring, which helps reduce some of the calories usually found in soda, and errs on the side of caution when it comes to sweetening the soda.
