Help Boingo the Clown.

Boingo the Clown says he's unable "connect" to the forums' server for the time being. So if anybody can help him let us know. Meanwhile. His Discussion of TUCQ will continue here:

It's not just his router. It depends on Richie's connection, the SMF servers themselves, his computer, etc.
