Actually c+ is a coding for websites (I think?) and java is used to run programs on the internet also is it me or is there a trend with the source ports of doom by adding a letter by doom ex: GZdoom, Zdoom, Jdoom.

C++ isn't actually for websites, you're probably thinking of CSS.

That can't already be done with Decorate, ACS, or another wad based modification?
