I don't know about new skins, but you could certainly replace the old ones. Should I go through with making a new mod, all of the skins would be replaced.

No it's perfectly possible to add new skins. I forget exactly how to do it but I have done it in the past. You would first have to rename all the sprites to a different sprite prefix. You then have to define the skin in a lump called "skins" or something. It's really easy. Then you have to do some console command and it works perfect.

IDK, i'll have to look that up.

ALSO!!! while playing a Delta Invasion server, I saw a guy running around with the chex guy skin. Its possible, but how?

Unless you were just using a CQ WAD instead of a Doom one, and he was just using the Base skin.

Why would you want to edit the skulltag wad? Just make a pwad either replacing skins already existing in skulltag, or adding additional skins. If you choose to add more instead of replacing the existing ones, make sure you copy the original skins lump I was talking about and add more content to it. Don't erase the existing defs if you don't want to erase the skulltag skins.

Well, can someone get me a collection of CQ people/enemies? I'll look into this if its all as easy as a SKIN lump.
