Hi guys! It's hard to believe, but this month marks the 15th anniversary of when I joined the forums, and posted the very first release of Newmaps. So Super Searcher and I got together and decided to record us playing through and talking about it. Hopefully you at least find us entertaining.

This is Episode I, we'll post episodes II and III later in the month.

If you're too new to have played the mod originally, or if you did play it but want to play it again, it's available here: http://www.xboltz.net/stuff/newmapsd.zip

That includes the port and everything you need. Just unzip it and run Newmaps.cmd and it SHOULD work properly. I hope.

That was a surprisingly entertaining watch haha! It's been a long time since I last played, but the (painful) memories all came flooding back ^^ Can't wait to see y'all cover the last two episodes!

Also, now I know that I can blame Soup for my least favorite Newmaps mechanic: ambushes. lol
