Fascinating.

Right Now: "Bloodrocuted" -- Dethklok [I swear, the only good thing about that show is the music. Which is AWESOME IN LEVELS PREVIOUSLY THOUGHT UNATTAINABLE"
Did we really just spend the last decade talking about Chex Quest? Yes. Yes we did.

I regret nothing!

No I didn't know. I know there is "christian" metal but not christian black. Something about that just seems incorrect to me... just not used to associating christianity with black metal.

*facepalm@all*

The only Christian music I listen to is Gospel and Gregorian chanting. I just find it too.... well, Twilight Zone-esque, to see Christian Rock/Metal when only a couple decades ago they were denouncing it as the music of Satan. Also, most of the Guitar work in C-Rock is bland to me [then again, I'm used to the Greats, so y'know. Hard to compare them to Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, Randy Rhoads, Eddie van Halen, or B.B. King], and I often find the lyrics a little.... well, they sound kinda Blasphemous to me at times.

Besides, we all know Jesus likes Black Sabbath and Iced Earth :D

Those guys are good but nowhere near Shawn Lane, Buckethead, Michael Romeo, Enver Izmailov, or Frank Marino. :-X But yeah I agree with you. I just don't understand the whole christian thing... I don't like church either.

This best not turn into a religious war.

talk about MUSIK!  :)

Jesus Freak - dc Talk
LISTEN HERE! http://beemp3.com/download.php?file=472137&song=Jesus+Freak

like lucius said, not to be a religious war, but just to prove a point
This is a early (1999) example of somewhat rock music with a good point of Christianity. It was radical at the time when hymns and gospel were what you got normaly, but now its good music. however...some people still think this is too radical to play in a church, but we in ours have started to change to contemporary music. (under the leading of our new youth pastor)

BUT, something not to contribute to what really might be a war...

'Look-a-like' from 'Sonic the Movie' ... for bad voice acting, it wasn't a bad movie.
Don't remember me as I was...I was an idiot.

Ah, the paradox of dubbing. A very good storyline spoiled by poor acting. The bane of many B-Movies.

Right now: "Joan Crawford" - Blue Oyster Cult

If it's so, why did you reproach me many posts ago, when I posted a Gorgoroth song? (you did right, BTW).

I don't remember you posting a Gorgoroth song. I will look back perhaps. I don't know why I would have reproached you because I happen to like Gorgoroth. And I don't like church either. :D

I've looked back and all I said is that they were blasphemous. I wasn't reproaching you. Sorg is a pretty good Black metal song too. Very doomish too, don't know why you think it's crappy.

Seriously I don't know what you're trying to get at with me dude...

Some Church Hymmn--Joesph Smiths wife? I dunno.  (I blame General Conference..)

Gethetamene--Jesus Christ Superstar (I'm pretty sure I misspelled that)

Superstar(In Japanese)--Jesus Christ Superstar.  (Well, as much as I can hear of it...the clip is short.)

Ohhh, I think I get it now. You don't like Satan and anti christianity. That must be why you don't like black metal.

I'm not exactly anti-christian, like I don't burn churches and stuff but I don't like church. And christianity just seems to contradict itself sometimes. I don't like satan though either.
