Second communicating character

When I freed the second guy you talk to on level one with a spoon he kinda froze up and didn't do anything, that or I missed something.

Also the entire fact that I can not only communicate with them but also free them is genius.

He speaks when you zorch that Ultricus. I couldn't do it easily otherwise.

I'm not sure if you mean 'Free' by move. You can free him, and he will jog on the spot to loosen his muscles, but...

Yeah that is what I meant, whether or not he was supposed to jog in place.
