okay preaty cool but in the sewer lvl i beileve there are some texturing problems in the room with the red key in it. the slime bleeds through the floor kinda.  Also i think you made a typo in lvl 6. alright final thing in lvl 6 that was clever but not amusing when the roof came down and crushed me. idk though it is kinda good i guess dont take it out. also in your level 7 did you change the spirites of the flembrain? just woundering it looked diffrent

Thanks ^^
1: You must be playing with ZDooM or the Software renderer- that doesn't happen in OpenGl, and is the main reason I haven't switched to the Chex3 engine.
2: That's level 5 and you hit the wrong switch :P It is designed to screw with your mind.
3: The flembrane is actually only a head now- the body is a wall that lowers when you zorch the head. ^^

Alright I've played it.

Map 01. I liked it, that its pretty good. (Same as map 2)

Map 03, was the sewers yes? I really like what you done on it. The fact that you jump down the shaft, and reappear back were you jumped down was brillant.

map04, I loved the store!. I once had the concept of making a store, back when I began CQJOL. But your store blew my concept out of the continent. It was really amazing and impressive.

Map 05, hehehe, I hate the crusher. Right before the red key, I was having some trouble on the huge group of flemoids. I just got tired of it and jumped on their heads and ran t the teleporter.

Map 06, The flembrane was to easy. :P

I know what you're thinking. No, I don't like peanut butter.

If I had to choose between the real world or the Chex Quest Fan forums; I'd choose the Chex Quest fan forums.

I played all of the 6 levels, they are all great, but...
First of all the 6th level is way to easy, and I think it needs a music change. :P
Second, my favorite flemiod the Stridicus olny appers once, in the other episodes are you going to use the other flemiods more like the Maximus and the Flem Mines?

But anyways, the levels where fun, and I can't wait to see whats going up next. ^^

Thank you Replica! ^^

1, 2: Thanks ^^
3: It was the sewers. It was originally a series of vents though. And thanks ^^
4: Indeed. That store was that something that delayed the E1M4 relase the most. Did you find WALL-E? Thanks ^^
5: XD that was intended to screw with your mind. ^^ Indeed. The jump comes in useful there, but WHAAAAAAA? There was a zorchpak in the previous level, a propulsor in the previous level, and lots of phasing zorch recharge in the previous level. Is that not enough? I mean, most of them are in secrets but oy vey vey!
6: I guess so... I won't up it's health but it'll shoot 'Lucky' 7 slimeballs!

Thaaaaanks! ^^

Thanks Arch.

1: I see where you're going with that, look up at Replica's '6'. Also, the music you're hearing is D_BOSS. It seems to fit, and it's not from DooM ^^
2: In hard and up he appears again in the next level, but I am going to add some more in the caverns and one more in the previous level.
3: The Maximus twins are the episode 2 boss. The Flem Mines will be DECORATEd to seem the same but when they get near you they explode.

Thanks about that ^^

I think that the boss battle should be in level 5 you could use scripting to change the music if you wanted and make the boss appare when you step on the platform. Also you could in DECORATE change the Flembrane's heatlh too a higher number and make its attack more powerfull.
But still, it is your wad...

I just played Project Z some. Here are my thoughts on what I have seen thus far.

First, it seems like the text is now colored based off of who's speaking. Before, it seems like all of it was green. I like this. However, occasionally, I was annoyed by the fact that the text usually makes me unable to move. It's alright for cinematic purposes at points like the beginning of the game, but there should be a way to unblock yourself, skip the text, etc.

Second, there were some misdone textures, like at:

I also noticed a "stuck" larva at:

And, finally, there was an odd phenomenon next to the yellow door in the second screenshot. If the door is opened, closes, and opened again, it will lock after closing a second time if you're on the side with the larva. It can't be opened again, except on the other side. I'm still stuck on this 3rd level. :-\

I HATE mouse aim. Usually, I don't get so riled up about aiming methods, but I'm gonna make an exception for mouse aiming.

I hate mouse aim. No exceptions.
I fixed all those nitty bitty issues on my personal version, but I'm currently merging cwad.wad and CQPZv1.wad so Manny won't complain about pWAD spaghetti :P
